Shipping Rates and Our Delivery Times

We process all in stock orders on the same working day it was received providing the order is with us by 1pm, it is a good idea to phone us on 0800 2985931 close to this time to ensure delivery fro next day. We email all customers to say your order has been despatched so please check your inbox and junk mail folders.

In the case items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivery date as soon as possible. All delivery dates are approximate.

UK

Our Carriage Charge Are

Small Order Carriage, under £40, is £3.00 (Post Office) First Class Post

Orders Under £150 Charged at £4.95 (Courier) Next Working Day

Orders Over £150 Carriage FREE Next Working Day

Courier

We use CityLink couriers who deliver Monday to Friday in normal office hours.

Alternatively you can choose Parcel Force 24 hr who will attempt to deliver to the address given and failing that will deliver to your local depot.

For timed deliveries e.g. before 12 noon, please phone 0800 2985931 or 01751 475183 for a quote.

Europe/Ireland/Channel Islands

We use Parcel Force for deliveries outside of the UK mainland.

Channel Islands/Rep. of Ireland all orders charged at £13 per delivery.

Zone 6 and 7 - Belgium, Luxumberg, Netherlands, France, Germany and Denmark £15.00 per delivery.

Zone 8 - Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece £26 per delivery.

Returns

You can return your purchase to us up to 14 days after its delivery for a full refund, minus the carriage charge. We provide a returns note in all our deliveries with full instructions on how to return your purchase, it must be returned unused with ALL swing tags attached. All returns must be authorised prior to the return and the carriage for the return must be payed for by the customer we advise an insured secure delivery method be used.
