In the event that your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. You will need to provide us with a dated copy of your signature along with your written instructions and details of your order.

For deliveries to be despatched the same working day, orders must be received before 12.00pm GMT. After this time we can't guarantee orders being processed on the same day.

We cannot accept responsibility for incorect addresses given at the time of ordering, if the delivery address changes we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional sum of money to cover our costs incurred by the courier company for re-direction.


Return of Goods Policy: Please contact our After Sales team on 01751 475183, or email them neil@ryedale-rambler.co.uk if you have a query.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us (unused) 7 days after the purchase date for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable. The items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.) Items that are returned to us as non delivered will incur a £10 returns fee to cover courier costs and administration unless the item was wrongly addressed by ourselves. We endeavour to contact customers if delivery fails but delivery must take place within 7 working days of despatch.

Cancellation Policy: We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to @ryedale-rambler.co.ukneil , or mailed to the Customer Service Department, Ryedale Rambler, 17 Market Place, Pickering, YO18 7AE. Alternatively, you may telephone the Online Service Centre on 0800 2985931, 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday: Except Bank Holidays.

We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

Errors and Omissions. We strive to keep our website and publications accurate, up to date and error free. However, whilst every effort has been made to make them so, no responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Data Protection and Privacy: Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
